The book begins with the origins of Shabab Oman and a short biography of Chris.  The overseas voyages are recounted and cover the USA in 1986, Australia 1987-8, Europe 1989, USA 1992, France 1994, the Baltic 1996, Japan 1997, Europe 2001, 2005 and 2008.

The book has been wonderfully written by Commander Nigel 'Bernie' Bruen MBE DSC MKhM RN/RNO Retd.
